• The full cost of the services is paid when the order is placed.
• These terms apply to all services offered at the time you access the site. We make every effort to keep information, descriptions and images accurate, without being legally bound to guarantee their complete accuracy.
• We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If an order whose payment has been processed is cancelled by us, the amount paid is refunded via the same purchase method.
• Tickets are valid only on their selected date and for one use unless re-entry is authorized, subject to the published park rules.

• We accept the following payment methods: mada, credit cards (Visa / Mastercard) and Apple Pay.
• By providing your payment information you authorize us to collect the amount due through your chosen payment method.
• If we believe a payment has violated any law or these terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable unless Cala Water Park management approves otherwise for an exceptional operational case or applicable law requires otherwise. Rescheduling or compensation following closures or emergencies remains subject to management approval and the applicable ticket terms. Where management approves a refund, it is returned via the same purchase method (mada / Visa / Mastercard).

Wherever consumer-protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these terms will not limit your statutory rights and remedies under it. These terms are read in accordance with that legislation's mandatory provisions, which prevail in the event of conflict.

Except where prohibited by law, you agree not to hold Golden Cala (Cala Water Park), its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates liable for any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, and to indemnify them against any claims arising from your violation of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it is removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
