You can book your tickets directly on our website: choose your ticket type or package, select your visit date, and complete payment. Your tickets are then ready to collect at the reception desk when you arrive on the chosen day.

Yes. Each ticket carries a visit date chosen during checkout; it is recorded on the ticket so it can be prepared for you at the reception desk. You can set a different date for each ticket if needed.

Yes, same-day booking is available during working hours. We recommend booking ahead on peak days to guarantee availability and speed up entry.

Yes. All currently scheduled operating days are mixed days and are open to families and visitors subject to the applicable admission, dress and safety rules.

Yes. A range of packages is available to browse and book from the online shop under "Packages". For large group bookings or special occasions, please contact Guest Services.

Ladies Day is coming soon. The date has not yet been scheduled and will be announced through the Cala Water Park website and official channels.

We accept online payment via mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, as well as instalments through Tamara. All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

Yes, you can pay in instalments through Tamara at checkout, subject to Tamara's terms and approval. Instalment options appear on the payment page when available.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for water and infant food. Guests with necessary medical dietary requirements should coordinate with Guest Services.

Appropriate, modest swimwear is required when using the water attractions. For full details, please see the "Dress Code" page on the website.

Food and drinks, accessories, buttons and zippers, sunglasses, shoes and slippers, and phones or other devices are not allowed on the rides. Please remove anything that could fall off or break before riding.

Some attractions are assigned to guests under 120 cm, while the general ride group is available to guests who are 120 cm or taller. Every attraction remains subject to its own height, weight and safety requirements.

Guests with heart, back, neck, joint, skin or eye conditions, pregnant women, and anyone under the influence of alcohol may not ride. Every attraction remains subject to its own safety instructions.

Yes. There are dedicated children's and family attractions for guests under 120 cm. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and every attraction remains subject to its own height and safety requirements.

Photography is permitted for personal use only, while respecting the privacy of other guests and never filming them without permission.

Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable unless Cala Water Park management approves otherwise for an exceptional operational case or applicable law requires otherwise. Rescheduling or compensation following closures or emergencies remains subject to management approval and the applicable ticket terms.
