- Tickets are valid for one entry; re-entry requires authorization from the entrance or Guest Services team.
- The ticket category must correspond to the visitor, and identification may be requested.
- Tickets must be purchased through Cala Water Park or its authorized channels only.

- Tickets provide access according to the purchased product or package.

- Rides and facilities may be partially or fully unavailable because of weather, safety, maintenance, power interruption, operational requirements or capacity.
- Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable unless Cala Water Park management approves otherwise for an exceptional operational case or applicable law requires otherwise. General Conduct
- Please behave respectfully towards all guests and staff. Any form of harassment, abuse or misconduct exposes the offender to removal without compensation and referral to the competent authorities where applicable.
- Queue jumping is not permitted; guests who leave a queue rejoin at the end, and holding places for others is not allowed.
- Smoking — including e-cigarettes — is prohibited except in the designated areas.
- No running between facilities and pools; wet floors are slippery.
- No pushing, jumping from elevated areas, shoulder-riding or rough play of any kind.
- Do not sit on or climb over fences; please use the designated seating areas.
- Cala Water Park staff and security personnel are authorized to enforce these rules; their instructions must be followed at all times.

- Using the rides requires good swimming ability; guests who cannot swim should not take risks.

Children & Guardian Responsibilities

- Guardians must know where their children are at all times, supervise them and keep visual contact.
- Ensuring that children follow the Cala Water Park instructions and stay safe is the guardian's responsibility.

Operational Changes & Closures

- In force-majeure conditions — such as rain, power interruption, strong winds or maintenance works — the park may close partially or fully; rescheduling or compensation remains subject to management approval and the applicable ticket terms.
- Violating the instructions and rules may expose the guest to removal without compensation.
